Our company mission includes a commitment to “Support Our Communities” with a fixed percentage of our annual profit going into the Deacon Charitable Foundation to support charitable endeavors. Since 2006, we have given almost $2.3 million to local charities, and have developed programs to help support and recognize service by our employees.
Our charitable work is employee-directed. Our employees select our charitable focus and all employees are welcome to join their local charitable giving committee where giving decisions are made.
