Each year at least one-third of our work consists of remodels and tenant improvements.
In order to address the unique challenges inherent in renovations and tenant improvements, we have developed a group of people with specialized experience. Many of these projects involve keeping the spaces open for business while the work takes place. This requires good communication, careful planning, tight scheduling and special attention to both public and project crew safety.
